Not Toblerone Dip
What's not to love about a big old scoop of this on your favourite fresh fruit? It somehow makes you think it is very naughty, when in fact it's practically like eating fruit salad! Amma right? Of course, if you wished to use a Toblerone bar you totally could, but this way you know exactly what is in it.

- 150 Grams chocolate dark, plus more for garnish BUY
- 50 Grams honey BUY
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes BUY
- 400 Grams cream BUY
- 70 Grams almonds slivered and toasted BUY
- Fruit for dipping; strawberries, blueberries, gooseberries
Place chocolate, honey, vanilla and salt into the Thermomix bowl and melt 5 min/37°C/speed 1 scraping bowl half way through. Remove from bowl and set aside.
Place the cream into the Thermomix bowl and whip 20 sec/Butterfly/speed 4 or until soft peaks form.
Fold the chocolate mix into the cream and add the almonds. Stir to combine with a spatula.
Serve with fresh fruit and or cookies, chocolate sticks etc for dipping.
