Tenina.com's Olive Citrus Butter

Need

1 cloves garlic
zest 2 oranges, finely grated
zest 1 lemon, finely grated
50 Gram pitted Kalamata olives
1 Pinch pink salt flakes
150 Gram unsalted butter diced

Do

Place all ingredients into TM bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 6.
Roll into a sausage shape and wrap in baking paper. Keep refrigerated until use.
