When the heat is on and you need to cool down fast, this is the one. It is very refreshing, bright and bubbly and pretty impressive. Make one, make ten, they are super quick with the aid of your Thermie of course. You could just go traditional though and use a shaker, though you won't get the same grown up slushie sensation.

Swap out the Lyres Classico Grande for Prosecco, if you are so inclined. Summer is served.

Need

  • 200 Grams ice
  • 90 Milliliters Lyres Dry London Spirit OR vodka
  • 1/3 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
  • 40 Milliliters limes juice
  • 120 Grams seedless passion fruit puree
  • 100 Milliliters Lyres Classico Grande OR prosecco
  • 1 fresh passion fruit, halved

Do

Place ice, Lyres Dry London Spirit, vanilla, lime juice and passion fruit puree into the Thermomix bowl. Blend 30 sec/speed 10.

Add Lyre's Classico Grande and stir to combine.

Pour into 2 glasses.

Top with extra bubbles as needed. Garnish with half a passionfruit.
