Then there is the flavour benefits that far outweigh any prettiness going on. Think Pavlova, cheesecake, smoothies, breakfast, custards, bavrois, the list is seriously endless...get passionate people. It is time!

Need

  • 300 Grams passionfruit pulp, with or without the seeds
  • 150 Grams golden caster sugar
  • juice 1 lemon

Do

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and cook 12 min/90°C/Reverse/speed 1.

Store in airtight jar in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
