Tenina.com's Quick Fig Jam

Need

200 Gram Dried Fig(s) roughly chopped
2 oranges, zest and juice
20 Gram honey
1 Pinch pink salt flakes
1 Pinch ground cardamon
20 Gram brandy

Do

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl, except the brandy. cook 15 min/100/speed 1 with the simmering basket on the lid.
Add brandy and blend 10 sec/speed 4.
Store in a sterilised jar.
