Tenina.com's Raw Carrot Ginger Soup



  1. Place ginger and turmeric into the Thermomix bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of bowl.

  2. Add remaining ingredients except spring onions and blend 3 min/speed 8 until thick and smooth. Add water until you feel happy with the consistency.

  3. Warm 5 min/37ºC/speed 2 before serving with loads of spring onions on top. (Adjust seasoning to taste)
