Do

  1. Place all crust ingredients into TM bowl and blend 15 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat.

  2. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat.

  3. Press into heart shaped spring form tin or other tin of choice that has the base lined with baking paper. Place into the freezer.

  4. Without cleaning the bowl, place all filling ingredients other than garnishes into TM bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat.

  5. Spread the mixture onto crust and placeinto the fridge for a few hours to set solid. Decorate with fruit and coconut to taste. Serve in slices and keep refrigerated.
