Tenina.com's Red Velvet Cake Balls



  1. In a bowl, crumble cake with your hands. Add ermine frosting and mix together until you can create balls that stick together easily and will roll well.

  2. Roll into walnut sized balls. Refrigerate or freeze.

  3. Melt chocolate and coat cake balls. Decorate as desired with edible flowers/sprinkles, freeze dried fruit etc.
