Tenina.com's Rosemary and Fennel Apple Sauce

Need

200 Gram apples, cored and peeled
30 Gram sugar
1 sprig rosemary, leaves only
½ Teaspoon fennel seeds
1 Pinch pink salt flakes
20 Gram white wine
70 Gram water

Do

Place apples, sugar, rosemary, fennel seeds and salt into TM bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 4.
Add wine and water and cook 15 min/100°C/speed 1.
Serve with roasted pork.
