Place all ingredients into TM bowl and cook 15 min/100°C/speed 2/MC off.
Store in sterilised airtight jar in fridge until use.
Use as a cordial, or make Italian Cream Sodas (lemonade or soda water with pouring cream swirled through the whole thing!)
