Do

1. Place parmesan and garlic into the Thermomix bowl and mill 810 sec/speed 10*.

2. Add pistachios and blend 30 sec/speed 8.

3. Add EVOO and blend 10 sec/speed 8. Scrape into a container and refrigerate until use.

4. You may need to give it a stir before using as sometimes the oil will separate.
