Place yeast, milk and sugar into Thermo bowl and warm 2 min/37ºC/speed 2.
Add flour and salt and blend 10 sec/speed 4. Allow to activate in Thermo bowl whilst you go do something else…(shower, water the garden, get your nails done!)
When the mixture is nice and bubbly, heat a frypan on Induction 6-7 for around 5 minutes.
Dollop some butter onto the pan and melt, coating the pan equally.
Place large ladles of mixture onto the hot pan and then top with a few blueberries. (This is easier with frozen blueberries, the fresh ones will cook too fast.) Spread a little more mixture over the top of the blueberries, just to seal the berries in.
Flip and cook the other side.
Serve hot with toppings of choice….

Ricotta cheese whipped with vanilla and a little sugar or honey
Real Maple syrup
Chocolate shavings and whipped cream
