Quick, delicious and just a little bit naughty, try this on for size any day of the week but sort of comforting and delicious on a lazy weekend, whatever they are! You can store the premade syrup in the fridge, then simply add it to hot milk or cold milk on demand…on demand…sounds like my house…or maybe even this blog?? Yes, I am talking to you!

Place everything except milk into Thermomix bowl and infuse 10 min/90ºC/speed 1.

Let mixture steep for around 10 minutes. Strain or press and add hot milk to serve. Stir through and reheat if necessary.

Add approximately half syrup to hot frothy milk and garnished with a few edible flowers.

More

Serve immediately or store spiced syrup in fridge until use.

4-6 servings.
