  1. Place everything except milk into Thermomix bowl and infuse 10 min/90ºC/speed 1.

  2. Let mixture steep for around 10 minutes. Strain or press and add hot milk to serve. Stir through and reheat if necessary.

  3. Add approximately half syrup to hot frothy milk and garnished with a few edible flowers.


Serve immediately or store spiced syrup in fridge until use.

4-6 servings.
