Need

1 whole pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into chunks
250 Gram coconut cream Recipe
100 Gram Coconut Water
2 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste
100 Gram ice cubes
1-2 Drop blue food colouring or more if needed

Do

Place pineapple, coconut cream and water into the Thermomix bowl and blend 30 sec/speed 8.
Add vanilla, ice and food colouring and blend 1 min/speed 8. Serve.
