Tenina.com's Strawberry or Raspberry Italian Soda Syrup

Need

300 Gram strawberries, raspberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
150 Gram sugar
50-80 Gram fresh lemon juice
1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste
200 Gram water

Do

Place all ingredients into TM bowl and cook 8 min/100°C/speed 2.
Drain through a fine strainer to remove solids.
Store in sterilised airtight jar in fridge until use.
