Tenina.com's ThermoMite or Thermomix Vegemite

Need

100 Gram Chinese black vinegar
50 Gram coconut sugar
50 Gram black sesame tahini
20 Gram miso paste
50 Gram tamari sauce or coconut aminos
2 Teaspoon garlic powder

Do

Place vinegar and sugar into TM bowl and caramelize 10 min/Varoma/speed 2/MC off.
Add all remaining ingredients and blend 1 min/speed 10. Scrape down mixture from lid and sides of bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 6.
Scrape into a sterlised jar and keep sealed in the fridge between uses.
Just like vegemite, you need to use this sparingly as it is very strong in flavour.
