Insert Butterfly and pour cream into TM bowl.
Whip cream 20-40sec/Butterfly/speed 4 until peaks form. (underwhipped is preferable) Remove and set aside in seperate bowl. Remove Butterfly.
Place Toblerone into TM bowl and mill 4 sec/speed 8.
Melt 2-3 min/37ºC/speed 2.
Pour cream back into mixing bowl and insert Butterfly.
Combine 4-5 sec/Butterfly/speed 3.
Scrape into serving bowl, decorate with chocolate curls and serve with fresh fruit of choice.
