Tenina.com's Very Vanilla ‘Bean’ Fudge

Do

  1. Place almonds, coconut palm sugar and vanilla into Thermomix bowl and blend 30 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.

  2. Add beans, coconut oil and salt and blend 40 sec/speed 7-8 or until smooth and well combined.

  3. Spread into a small tin with removable base. Refrigerate several hours.

  4. Drizzle with melted chocolate to taste. Allow to set before slicing into mouth sized pieces. Store in the fridge.
