Tenina.com's Almond Chocolate Tart



  1. Place biscuits (cookies) and butter into Thermo bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 8. Press into a 23cm flan tin with removable base and refrigerate while you make the marzipan.

  2. Preheat oven to 160℃. Make the marzipan. Press into the biscuit base.

  3. Bake 20 minutes until marzipan is fragrant and golden. Cool completely.

  4. To make ganache, place all remaining ingredients and melt 3 min/50℃/speed 1.

  5. Spread on top of marzipan and allow to set completely before garnishing with fresh strawberries.
