Need

80 Gram raw caster sugar
Finely grated zest 1 lemon, 1 orange
Flesh of each lemon, orange, no pith
1 mango, peeled and pitted
Handful fresh or frozen berries of choice
200 Gram ice cubes

Do

Place sugar and zests into TM bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10.
Add remaining ingredients and blend 2 min/speed 10.
Adjust texture to taste with water or fruit juice as needed.
