Tenina.com's Gochujang Noodles



  1. Cook spaghetti as per packet instructions. Reserve 2 cups of pasta water.

  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until starting to brown.

  3. Add gochujang, honey and white wine vinegar. Cook for 5 minutes. Add some pasta water as needed.

  4. Toss strained spaghetti through the sauce. Add more pasta water to loosen and make a sauce as needed.

  5. Serve immediately with spring onions and coriander.
