Cook spaghetti as per packet instructions. Reserve 2 cups of pasta water.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until starting to brown.
Add gochujang, honey and white wine vinegar. Cook for 5 minutes. Add some pasta water as needed.
Toss strained spaghetti through the sauce. Add more pasta water to loosen and make a sauce as needed.
Serve immediately with spring onions and coriander.
