Tenina.com's Green Chile Hot Sauce

Need

½ Bunch fresh coriander or cilantro including the cleaned roots
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
200 Gram pickled jalapeno chillies with a dash of the juice
Juice 1 limes
1 Teaspoon pink salt flakes
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
a couple coloured peppercorns

Do

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blend 15 sec/speed 4.
Scrape down bowl and blend again if needed.
Pour into serving dish and add on top of all your favorite Mexican dishes.
