Need

The Palm Sugar Syrup
100 Gram palm sugar (not coconut sugar)
50 Gram water
The Rest
2 cloves garlic
2 stalks fresh coriander or cilantro roots and leaves
2 green chilli(es) roughly chopped
1 lemons juice only
1 limes juice only
2 Tablespoon fish sauce
3 Tablespoon palm sugar syrup

Do

To make the palm sugar syrup, place sugar and water into the Thermomix bowl and cook 6 min/100°C/speed 2. Set aside.
Place all ingredients (including the 3 tablespoons of palm sugar syrup) into the Thermomix bowl. Combine 6 sec/speed 7.
