Need

250 Gram Fresh Ricotta Cheese or purchased ricotta Recipe
1 lemons zest only, finely grated
40 Gram fresh lemon juice
1 cloves garlic finely chopped
small Handful flat leaf parsley chopped

Do

Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
Keep refrigerated in air tight container until use.
