Place all custard ingredients into Thermo bowl and cook 8 min/80℃/speed 4.
Cook 1 min/90℃/speed 4.
Pour into dessert glasses immediately. Cover custards and refrigerate until well chilled, about 4 hours. (Can be made 1 day ahead.)
Compote; Place sliced strawberries in medium bowl.
Using small sharp knife, hold oranges over same bowl and cut to release segments, allowing juice and segments to fall into bowl.
Stir through 1 tablespoon honey and ground cardamom.
Place custards onto plates.
Serve topped with compote and whipped cream or mascarpone if necessary.
