Tenina.com's Honey Cardamom Custards



  1. Place all custard ingredients into Thermo bowl and cook 8 min/80℃/speed 4.

  2. Cook 2 min/90℃/speed 4.

  3. Pour into dessert glasses immediately. Cover custards and refrigerate until well chilled, about 4 hours.(Can be made 1 day ahead.)

  4. Compote; Place sliced strawberries in medium bowl.

  5. Using small sharp knife, hold oranges over same bowl andcut to release segments, allowing juice and segments to fall into bowl.

  6. Stir through 1 tablespoon honey and ground cardamom.


Place custards onto plates.

Serve topped with compote and whipped cream or mascarpone if necessary.
