Tenina.com's Pistachio and White Chocolate Spread

Need

100 Gram shelled pistachios blanched (see blanched almond video)
50 Gram raw caster sugar
100 Gram butter
120 Gram chocolate white callets
1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste
80 Gram milk
1 Pinch pink salt flakes

Do

Place pistachios and sugar into the Thermomix bowl. Mill 10 sec/speed 10.
Add all remaining ingredients and cook 8 min/50°C/speed 3. Blend 30 sec/speed 4.
Pour into jars and cool until set. Store in the fridge until use.
