Need

100 Gram Pistachio White Chocolate Spread Recipe
10 Gram shelled pistachios chopped
90 Milliliter Lyre's Coffee Originale (or Kahlua)
90 Milliliter Lyre's Dry London Spirit (or vodka)
200 Milliliter milk
ice as needed

Do

Rim 3 glasses with pistachio spread, then press glasses into crushed pistachios.
Place remaining pistachio spread, spirits and milk into the Thermomix bowl. Combine 20 sec/speed 5.
Add ice and mix 10 sec/Reverse/speed 3.
Strain and pour into glasses.
