Do

1. Place all ingredients, except gelatin, into the Thermomix bowl and cook 8 min/100°C/speed 2.

2. Add gelatin and blend 20 sec/speed 3 then cook 6 min/80°C/speed 1.

3. Pour into desired oiled moulds and refrigerate for several hours, until set.

4. Serve with or without fruit, ice cream of course and/or whipped cream.
