Place all ingredients into TM bowl and cook 30 min/80°C/Reverse/speed 1/MC off.
You should have a heady aroma throughout your kitchen when cooking this. If you want to continue (and you don’t need your TM for another Christmix job), check water levels and cook again as needed. You can store cooled cooked mixture in a jar in the fridge and just return it to TM bowl with more water as required for Christmix on demand!
This can also be simmered for literally hours on a cooktop on a very low heat. Just check the water levels occasionally and give it a stir.
