fresh rosemary

Rosemary is an aromatic evergreen shrub with leaves similar to hemlock needles. The stalks are quite woody and the larger ones can be used as skewers for kebabs to add flavour. The foliage is used as a flavoring in foods such as stuffings and roast lamb, pork, chicken and turkey. I love it for lots of things, sweet and savoury.
