Tenina.com's Steamed Fish Fillets with Chermoula Butter



  1. Cut four large square pieces of baking paper and place a piece of fish in the centre of each.

  2. Drizzle fish with a little white wine and season. Wrap loosely, ensuring that the parcels are well sealed. Place into Varoma dish and set aside.

  3. Weigh rice into TM basket, rinse well, then insert basket into TM bowl. Add water and set Varoma into position. Steam 20 min/Varoma/speed 4.

  4. Serve fish alongside rice with a slice of Chermoula Butter on top.

  5. If desired, steam a few green beans (or other veggies of choice) in Varoma tray at the same time as the fish.
