Tenina.com's Strawberry Daiquiri Jam



  1. Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and cook 35 min/Varoma/speed 1 using the spatter guard or simmering basket in place of the MC.

  2. Meanwhile, sterilise a 250g capacity jar and lid in boiling water.

  3. When the jam has cooked, squeeze and discard the lime peels. Transfer the jam into the prepared jar and seal. Serve as you would any other jam!
