  1. Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl. Blend 2 min/speed 8. You may need to use the Thermomix spatula for this one, if you are using frozen blueberries in particular. Scrape bowl and lid as necessary.

  2. Garnish with berries and coconut flakes etc as desired.

  3. If you are using a NutriBullet, place all of the heavy items (frozen fruit etc) into the bottom (which then becomes the top once inserted onto the base) finishing up with the leafy items so they are down near the blades initially. Blend as long as needed to combine. Never more than 1 minute. You would need to halve this recipe if using the NutriBullet.
