Need

1 Orange Vanilla Icy Poles or purchased orange popsicle per drink Recipe
120 Milliliter Lyre's Agave Blanco Spirit (or tequila)
60 Milliliter limes juice
400 Milliliter Ginger Beer
1 jalapeno, halved lengthways
1 limes for garnish
mint leaves for garnish

Do

Rim the glasses with lime juice and either sugar or salt. Place the orange popsicle into a highball glass.
Add Lyre's Agave Blanco Spirit and lime juice. Stir.
Top with Ginger Beer.
Slip a long slice of jalapeno down the side of the glass. Garnish with lime and mint leaves.
