We have never written an icy pole recipe! What is going on here? Here is our version of frosty fruits. Perfect for the promise of summer days ahead.

This is our first icy pole recipe. A little bit surprising given how much we love all things frozen! Written specifically for something coming your way soon. So stay tuned. We loved them. A bit of a grown up Frosty Fruit definitely with less sugar and more flavour.

We did a bit of research on the whole 'what do we call icy poles in other countries' and it is amazing. There are so many names.

Essentially an Aussie icy pole is a water and fruit juice based frozen stick that is called a popsicle in the USA (or an icee, freeze pop or freezer pop) or an iced lolly in the UK, iced candy in the Phillipines and the list goes on. So whatever you call it, make some and let me know. We think you will all call them yummy, no matter where you are from.
