Tenina.com's Pomegranate Molasses Biscuits (Cookies)



  1. Preheat oven to fan forced 180°C and line 2 cookie trays with baking paper.

  2. Place butter, sugar, molasses, vanilla and salt into Thermo bowl and mix 30 sec/speed 3.

  3. Whip 30 sec/Butterfly/speed 3. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat.

  4. Remove Butterfly. Add flour and pistachios and mix 30 sec/Interval.

  5. Use a dessert spoon to form into rounds on prepared trays. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Cool on baking tray before removing to cooling rack.
