Tenina.com's Tikka Masala Paste



  1. Place the seeds into a dry frying pan and toast until just smoking. Place into the Thermomix bowl and mill 1 min/speed 8.

  2. Add onion and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down and add remaining ingredients.

  3. Cook 60 min/80°C/speed 2/MC OFF with the simmering basket on top to prevent splatter.

  4. Store in a sterilised jar in the fridge until use.
