Tenina.com's Vanilla Bean Italian Soda Syrup



  1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl and cook 8 min/90°C/speed 1.

  2. Allow to infuse in TM bowl for at least 30 minutes before removing vanilla pods.

  3. Store in sterilised airtight jar in fridge until use.

  4. You can leave the vanilla pods in the jar as this is not only pretty but will continue to release flavour.

  5. To serve, drizzle a little of the syrup around a glass, fill it with ice, soda water, a splash of cream and if you must, some ice cream.
