Tenina.com's Vanilla Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl Ice Cream



  1. Place sugar and water into TM bowl and cook 5 min/100°C/speed 1.

  2. Add vanilla and juice and blend 4 sec/speed 4. Pour into a container and chill completely.

  3. Place cream cheese into TM bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 6.

  4. Add syrup and blend 30 sec/speed 8.

  5. Pour into a flat tray and freeze for several hours. Cut into chunks.

  6. Return to TM bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 10.

  7. Whip for 40-60 sec/speed 8 with the aid of a spatula.

  8. Stir through the strawberry jam and serve immediately as soft serve or return to freezer until solid.
