Heat the oven grill and toast both sides of the bread.
Meanwhile, place the cheese into the Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 8.
Scrape down sides of bowl and lid and add remaining ingredients. Cook 4 min/60°C/speed 1.
Cool slightly before spreading onto the toast and returning to the grill until golden and puffy. Serve hot.
