Tenina.com's Blood Orange EVOO Curd



  1. Zest oranges finely straight into the Thermomix bowl. Add the sugar and mill 10 sec/speed 10.

  2. Add juice, cornflour, eggs and yolks and blend 5 sec/speed 7.

  3. Cook 8 min/90°C/Butterfly/speed 4. Remove Butterfly.

  4. Add butter and EVOO and mix 20 sec/speed 5.

  5. Transfer to a sterlised jar and refrigerate until use.
