Tenina.com's Chermoula Butter

Need

1 lemons zest finely grated
1 spring onion/shallot
1 Handful fresh coriander or cilantro leaves
1 Handful flat leaf parsley
a few sprigs fresh thyme foliage stripped
1 cloves garlic
1 red chilli small, de-seeded
3 Teaspoon ground cumin
2 Teaspoon smoked paprika
1 Teaspoon ground turmeric
1 Pinch pink salt flakes and black pepper
200 Gram butter cubed

Do

Place all ingredients except butter into TM bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7.
Add butter and blend 8 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat.
Roll into a long sausage shape and wrap in baking paper. Freeze for 30 minutes before slicing and using. Keep remainder in freezer until use.
