Tenina.com's Chunky Monkey Kefir Pops

Need

The Pops
1 banana, broken into pieces
5-6 Medjool dates, pitted
60 Gram Peanut Butter Recipe
1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste
big pinch pink salt flakes
250 Gram Milk Kefir Recipe
The Topping
100 Gram Melted Chocolate Recipe
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
Handful roasted peanuts, roughly chopped

Do

Place all Popsicle ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blend 1 min/speed 8.
Pour into moulds and insert sticks. Freeze until solid.
Pop out of moulds, dip partially in melted chocolate, (with the coconut oil melted with the chocolate at the same time) and sprinkle with peanuts. Drizzle with any leftover melted chocolate.
Freeze and serve when occasion demands!
