Tenina.com's Curry Mayonnaise

Need

1 whole egg
15 Gram white wine vinegar
1 Teaspoon Yellow Mustard Recipe
30 Gram Yellow Curry Paste Recipe
1 Pinch pink salt flakes
400 Gram flavourless oil
2 limes Juice only

Do

Place egg yolks, vinegar, mustard, curry paste and salt into TM bowl and mix 1 min/37°C/speed 5.
Gradually add oil through hole in lid with MC in place, 4 min/speed 5.
Add lime juice and blend 10 sec/speed 5. Scrape into sterilised jar and keep in fridge up to 3 weeks.
