- 100 Grams mustard powder
- 200 Grams water
- 1 Teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Teaspoons pink salt flakes BUY
- 30 Grams coconut sugar
- 100 Grams apple cider vinegar

Place garlic into Thermomix bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl and add all remaining ingredients.

Blend 10 sec/speed 6. Cook 60 min/80°C/speed 2/MC off. This is quite pungent as it cooks, so it is a good idea to make sure your kitchen is well ventilated when you are making this.
