- 1 large clove garlic
- 100 Gram mustard powder
- 200 Gram water
- 1 Teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Teaspoon Pink Salt Flakes BUY
- 30 Gram Coconut - Sugar
- 100 Gram apple cider vinegar
Place garlic into Thermomix bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl and add all remaining ingredients.
Blend 10 sec/speed 6. Cook 60 min/80°C/speed 2/MC off. This is quite pungent as it cooks, so it is a good idea to make sure your kitchen is well ventilated when you are making this.
