Turmeric gives this basic condiment its bright golden yellow hue. Once you taste homemade mustard, you will kiss the yellow plastic squeeze dispensers goodbye forever! - 1 large clove garlic
- 100 g mustard powder
- 200 g water
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Pink Salt Flakes BUY
- 30 g Coconut - Sugar BUY
- 100 g apple cider vinegar
Place garlic into TM bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl and add all remaining ingredients.
Blend 10 sec/speed 6. Cook 60 min/80°C/speed 2/MC off. This is quite pungent as it cooks, so it is a good idea to make sure your kitchen is well ventilated when you are making this.
