Need

200 Gram chocolate dark, in pieces
200 Gram cream
250 Gram whole milk
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste
To Serve
Perfect Whipped Cream Recipe
Melted Chocolate tempered and cut into shards Recipe

Do

Place all ingredients in the Thermomix bowl. Melt 3 min/70°C/speed 2. Scrape sides of bowl and continue 1 min/70°C/speed 2.
Pour into pretty cups. Top with whipped cream and decorate with shards of chocolate.
Consume at your own risk, haha!
