Tenina.com's Lima Bean Stew with Gremolata



  1. Soak the lima beans in water for a few hours. Then strain.

  2. Place garlic, onion, EVOO and fennel seeds into the Thermomix bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Sauté 10 min/Varoma/speed 1.

  3. Place beans, onion mixture and all other ingredients, except gremolata into the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours.

  4. Serve with Gremolata and toast or mash.
