- 1 Handful flat leaf parsley chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100 Grams parmesan cheese cubed
- 75 Grams pine nuts, toasted
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes BUY
Do

Place parsley, garlic and parmesan into Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 8.

Add remaining ingredients and just stir through, 3 sec/speed 4.

Particularly good with fresh steamed vegetables or Osso Bucco!
