A quick and easy flavour addition to heaps of dishes from salads, to grilled meats to even stews and braises. A definite must on your top of the hits list!

  • 1 Handful flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g fresh parmesan, cubed
  • 75 g pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice



Place parsley, garlic and parmesan into Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 8.


Add remaining ingredients and just stir through, 3 sec/speed 4.


Particularly good with fresh steamed vegetables or Osso Bucco
