Tenina.com's Chicken Caesar Salad Crepes

Need

1 Batch Basic Crepe Mix Cooked and ready to use Recipe
1 Batch Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe
1 Batch Shredded Chicken Recipe
300 Gram cooked bacon
6 poached eggs (1 per person)
2 tomatoes, cubed
2 Handful spinach leaves
50 Gram parmesan cheese shaved

Do

Make crepes as per recipe.
Make Caesar Salad Dressing as per recipe.
Assemble crepes by placing all the toppings on top of each crepe and drizzle with the dressing. Of course you can add avocado, or other non traditional ingredients of your choice.
